In order to access the services provided on www.kernelbooking.co.uk as an Administrator (ie to enter details of your properties available to rent), you will be asked to provide an email address, name, company name, telephone number and address when registering for an account.

End users of services provided by Kernel may also be asked to enter personal data when making bookings with customers of Kernel, including Name, Email Address, Telephone Number, Postal Address and Date of Birth.  For this data, Kernel is a Data Controller, but you should also be aware that Kernel Clients (the owners of properties listed on KernelBooking for example) will also be a Data Controller and as such should have their own Privacy Policies which you should be aware of.

We web forms utilise hCaptcha, a service to protect submissions and prevent spam.  This service verifies you are a real person to prevent website forms from being abused by spam bots.

By completing forms, you consent to sending your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, platform type, device type, operating system, date and time stamp of access, and other similar information possibly required by hCaptcha. Your data will be communicated to hCaptcha and used by their services.

Your IP address will be truncated by hCaptcha in EU Member States.

How Long We Retain Your Data

Kernel only will hold your information for as long as is necessary, which will vary depending upon the nature of the information and the respective use of the information.  Some data will be retained for a period of up to 6 years, should it be a legal requirement to do so.
